Summary: While the property is nice, modern and shiny, I found it felt cold and uninviting. Everything, furnishings and art, appears upscale, and the staff were very professional, I never felt really welcomed or comfortable. Certainly not worth what I paid for my stay.

Summary: Great hotel, interesting location. Very disappointing about the closing of the spa a short time before our arrival. The proposed compensation was inadequate. The desk gave us a great upgrade of the room which was appreciated. Restaurant food was good, accommodation of customers a bit strange.
